On July 31, 2023, the Science and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized in Beijing an appraisal meeting for the product 'Key Technologies and Devices for Intelligent Gas Pressure Regulation,' jointly developed by Terrence Energy Co., LTD and Hohai University. The expert group of the appraisal committee consisted of the Chief Engineer from China North Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Li Yanqiang, who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council and is a master of surveying and design in Tianjin, as well as representatives from Tianjin Zhongyuan Natural Gas Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing Gas & Thermal Design Institute, Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd., and the state.

The appraisal committee expert group is composed of the chief engineer from China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a recipient of the State Council special allowance, and a master of surveying and design in Tianjin.Li Yanqiang, composed of experts from Tianjin Zhongyuan Natural Gas Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing Gas and Heat Design & Research Institute, Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd., National Gas Appliance Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Beijing Unait Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and other institutions. Li Yanqiang serves as the head of the expert group, presiding over and guiding this appraisal meeting.
The experts of the appraisal committee listened to Terrence's technical report on the new product 'Key Technologies and Devices for Intelligent Gas Pressure Regulation,' reviewed the relevant technical materials and supporting evidence, watched the product operation video, and evaluated the R&D and manufacturing capabilities of the design unit, giving high recognition. Finally, through discussion and questioning, the experts of the appraisal committee unanimously concluded: the achievement has been applied in multiple gas transmission and distribution projects, users have responded positively, it has achieved considerable economic and social benefits, the overall achievement reaches an international advanced level, has significant promotion and application value, and they agree to pass the evaluation.
Terrence has accumulated many years of experience in the design and development of natural gas transmission and distribution equipment. Various products have been applied in major domestic projects. At the same time, the company has obtained qualifications for pressure vessel design and manufacturing, pipeline component manufacturing, and pressure pipeline design.
