In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the central, provincial, municipal, and district authorities regarding the reform of the industrial workforce, further improve the skill level of forklift operators in the township, enhance enterprise competitiveness, stimulate the enthusiasm of skilled talents to learn knowledge, compare skills, master business operations, and catch up with advanced standards, and create an atmosphere that values skills, respects labor, and cares for technical talents, the 2022 'Xixing Cup' Employee Vocational Skills Competition Forklift Driver Skills Contest in Luoxi Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City officially commenced on June 25. This competition is hosted by the General Trade Union of Luoxi Town, Xinbei District, Changzhou City, and organized by Jiangsu Changzhou Technician College and Terrence Energy Co., LTD

At 9:30 a.m., the competition officially opened at the Changzhou Branch of the Jiangsu Institute of Special Equipment Inspection. The start of the competition was announced by Yin Guijun, Vice Chairman of the Xinbei District Federation of Trade Unions and Chairman of the Luoxi Town Federation of Trade Unions. Leaders including Ji Zhengwei, Deputy Director of the Xinbei District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Xue Feng, Deputy General Manager of Terrence Energy Co., LTD; Huang Jungang, Director of the Training Department of Jiangsu Changzhou Technician College; and Wang Hong, Vice Chairman of the Luoxi Town Federation of Trade Unions, attended to watch the competition. Representatives from each participating unit were also present to cheer for their team's contestants.

This competition attracted a total of 53 participants from five companies, including 'Terrence Energy Co., LTD', 'Changzhou Shengdai Machinery Co., Ltd.', 'Changzhou Jiejia Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.', 'Jiangsu Pradi CNC Technology Co., Ltd.', and 'Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd.'. The competition is divided into two parts: theory and practical operation. After ample preparation before the competition, all participants are confident and ready to go.

In the theoretical exam, everyone was calm and composed, serious and rigorous; in the practical competition, they were meticulous and careful in their operations. Everyone showed their special skills, competed in skill levels, and demonstrated their outstanding personal craftsmanship.

After a day of intense competition, the award winners from 1st to 12th place have been determined. The first to third prize winners will receive generous rewards, and will be additionally honored by the Luoxi Town General Trade Union at an appropriate time.

This competition provided the employees of Luoxi Town with a platform to showcase their skills and exchange techniques, further stimulating their enthusiasm for researching technology and improving their personal qualities. Through the skills competition, it created a competitive atmosphere where all employees of Luoxi Town could learn skills and compare levels, and it will undoubtedly elevate the professional skill level of Luoxi Town's employees to a new height.
