Recently, the 32" CL600 domestically-produced axial flow electric control valve developed by Terrence was successfully rolled off the production line.

This product is custom-made by Terrence for the Shenyang branch of the national petroleum and natural gas large flow metering station, and is part of the localization project for key equipment of PipeChina oil and gas pipelines. Due to the special usage characteristics of the Shenyang metering station, the control valve is required to have a design temperature of -46~70℃, an adjustment accuracy of ≤±1%, and a leakage class of Class VI.

In May 2021, Terrence signed a localization agreement with the Northern Branch of CNPC Pipeline Co., Ltd. Under tight deadlines and short timeframes, the company's employees worked hard to tackle challenges, successively overcoming difficulties in material selection, structural design, part processing, and product testing, working overtime to meet the schedule, and finally achieving the successful launch of the product.

According to the inspection by the on-site supervision experts from Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, the maximum basic error at room temperature is ±0.55%, the maximum hysteresis is 0.31%, the maximum dead zone is 0.84%, the valve seat maintains pressure without leakage, and the regulation accuracy under extreme temperatures of -46°C and 70°C, as well as during 48 hours of long-term operation, also meets the technical requirements of PipeChina.
