In addition to competitions, the company has repeatedly organized various technical training sessions on gas pressure regulating stations, pressure vessels, valve products, and so on, aiming to enhance employees' professional knowledge and vocational skills. Employees are encouraged to actively participate in various vocational qualification trainings such as welding, electrical work, and crane operation. Since 2020, the company has also obtained pipeline worker vocational skill certification and has officially carried out the first batch of certification work since December.

Over the years, the welding team led by Zou Guoda has continuously honed their skills and pursued excellence, building a team of highly skilled welders. In 2019, they were awarded the honorary title of 'Zou Guoda Welding Skills Master Studio' by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xinbei District, and received the plaque at this closing ceremony.
