The station's self-use gas metering and pressure regulating system is a skid-mounted system within a natural gas long-distance pipeline gas transmission station, supplying gas for vent ignition, small generators, on-site heating/hot water boilers, and domestic use. Depending on the needs, it can integrate functions such as filtration, heating, pressure regulation, metering, drainage, venting, leak alarm, and automatic switching into a single unit.
The on-site gas metering and pressure regulation system is suitable for natural gas transfer stations, metering stations, storage and distribution stations, and pressure regulation stations that are either manned or unmanned, with personnel on duty.
This system features intermittent gas supply, a wide range of gas pressure regulation, high metering requirements, high explosion-proof standards, and high safety performance. The system is equipped with a natural gas heater, and the requirements for the heater are very high. The heater generally uses a direct-type electric heater, which has the necessary explosion-proof performance and protective requirements. The electric heater has a complete set of safety protection measures, including heating speed, heating temperature control, and prevention of dry burning, ensuring high system safety.
